With coaches coming to us from home astroturfs all over the world, Living Hockey has global reach and we are not restricted by geographical boundaries. However, we thought that it might be useful to give you a bit of background and a map for each of the venues hosting our camps in the coming months.

Surbiton Hockey Club

Surbiton is now the largest hockey club in the country, and one of the oldest in the world – we’ve been around since 1874. Our pride in our past achievements underpins a future-focussed outlook at the Club, and we also believe that a big club can also mean a friendly club – and we aim to match our success on the pitch with a busy social scene off it. In 2011, the Club is providing hockey to over 1000 players, from under 6 to over 60. A number of our 1st XI are current internationals and we now have 2 England Hockey League teams, with our ladies’ 1st XI having recently been promoted as South League Champions to the National Conference East. We also have 6 further ladies, and 11 men’s’ teams, so if you aim to play for England or purely for fun in a lower league there is a place for you here.
