Who are the Masterclass camps aimed at?
14 to 18 year olds (boys and girls)

Advanced technical instruction on specific skills leading to execution in game situations. General technical assessment and work on areas of strength and weakness.

A recent addition to our program is our series of Masterclass days. These are for players aiming for the higher levels of the game and are ideal for those in within England Hockey’s Single System or any talent or representative squad or team.

The Masterclass days focus on technical areas such as goalscoring, advanced passing techniques, elimination and tackling. The days are intensive and we limit the size of groups to around 1 coach to 8 or so players at a time and skill sessions can go from 45 minutes to an hour and a half at a time. We aim to help each player focus on specific technical elements of their game and go away with a personal action plan which they can take back to their school, club and/or Single System coaches. Video analysis is used throughout the camp.
